Case management built for prosecutors
Suite Justice is software for government prosecuting agencies. It follows a case the way a prosecution actually runs, from the police referral to the last records request years later. Most prosecuting offices adapt general legal software to their work; Suite Justice is designed around it — the roles in the office, the steps a case moves through, and the reports the state requires.

About us
Suite Justice was founded in Utah by two people who know prosecution from the inside: one who has spent years administering the systems a prosecuting office runs on, and one who practices criminal law as a prosecutor. We build the product alongside other working prosecutors and their staff. We design every feature on the backbone of statutes, code, and caselaw.
Joshua C. Bishop, JD, MPA
Founder & CEO
Josh practices criminal law and brings that experience to every part of Suite Justice. He earned a Juris Doctor and a Master of Public Administration from Brigham Young University, and puts both to work: he makes sure the law is right and that a busy office can run on it. He passed the bar in 2014, and as a working prosecutor he knows the pressure of a full caseload and what attorneys need from their tools. As CEO, Josh leads the company, directs its legal and compliance work, and builds its relationships with prosecuting agencies. He serves as in-house counsel. He reviews the legal rules behind Suite Justice, from charging language to victims’ rights notices, so the software does exactly what the law requires.
Brooke A. Bishop, MPA
Founder, President & COO
Brooke has spent years running the systems a prosecuting office depends on, and there she found the problem Suite Justice solves: attorneys and staff losing time jumping between tools that don’t talk to each other. Now they have the whole case in one place. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Brigham Young University and a Master of Public Administration from Utah Valley University. As President and COO, Brooke runs the company day to day. She leads product and workflow design, guides customers through onboarding and implementation, and manages operations. She led the design and building of the Suite Justice platform, working side by side with the prosecutors and staff who use it.
